Laurie’s 30 years of facilitation experience and 10-year diversity, equity, and inclusion journey have created a proven track record of organizational impact. She uses classroom and virtual education, focused on the value of diversity and inclusion, to increase team performance, encourage innovation and engagement, and enable organizations to be employers of choice in attracting and retaining talent.

Laurie’s diversity and inclusion experience includes development and implementation of a multi-year enterprise-wide education roadmap, recruitment and support of facilitators, facilitation of education courses, evaluation, metrics, and reporting. She consulted with employee resource groups and cultural competence council. She is a Qualified Administrator for the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI).

Laurie has a MA in Human Resource Development and has attained the Cornell Certified Diversity Professional (CCDP) designation.
