Lee leverages almost three decades of learning, growth, and leadership in business and information technology, combining it with his experience and insights from his advocacy after the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting. Through his journey of initiating and co-founding the national non-profit Sandy Hook Promise and various projects to address the root causes of violence, he brings unique insights to change and transformation, both in individuals and systems.

He partners with folks to accelerate their learning and growth by gaining perspective from others with different lived experiences. Lee encourages curiosity over judgment for ourselves and others, fostering connection and collaboration over competition.
